A chained revolution
Synopsis
Today, many companies use legal loopholes, making human rights violations the norm rather than the exception in supply chains around the world. It leaves the victims of crimes committed by these companies – workers and communities – trapped in a legal maze seeking justice. Workers are raising their voices, demanding a role in securing supply chains. Citizens across Europe can no longer tolerate this injustice. How can we shift from profit-driven priorities to preventing violations? European citizens are rallying for change! Unions, workers, NGOs and politicians are now knocking on the doors of the European Union to strengthen corporate accountability and democracy at work.
