Between the concrete slabs of big cities emerge wild plants: Mugwort, Butterfly-bush, Groundsel... Tags flourish on the walls: Escroc, Odsu, Idiot, Ralers, Jerve... Hunted down and eliminated, plants and signatures yet reappear constantly. And what if tags were revealed to those who try to decipher them? Are they really si meaningless? Who are these taggers who pace our streets up and down at night?

At the borders of questioning and fascination, « Bad seeds » takes a mischievous and lucid look at the underground world of taggers in Brussels. With urban poetry as background, the filmmakers unveil at last the vision of the movement's activists, between emergency and artistic gesture.
